Juerg Mueller is a Swiss national with an academic background and a degree (lic.oec. HSG/Master of Arts) in Economics/Banking from the University of St. Gallen. Juerg worked for a Genevan private bank, the investment fund company of a large Swiss bank and a private consulting boutique firm before setting up the consulting and asset management company WM Weibel Mueller Ltd together with his business partner Marc Weibel in 2000. WM Weibel Mueller Ltd is focusing on Swiss clients.

In 2015, Arjan (Switzerland) LLC was set up by Juerg Mueller as sole partner. Arjan focused on foreign clients only, specifically from the MENA region. Having worked for 25 years for WM Weibel Mueller Ltd, Juerg decided to move all clients from WM Weibel Mueller Ltd to Arjan and to concentrate his business activities in Arjan.

As of January 1, 2026, Juerg works for Arjan (Switzerland) LLC only.
